1. Booking & Payments

• Deposit:₹ 5000 per person required to secure booking
• Balance: Due 15 days before departure
• Late payments: May result in booking cancellation

2. Cancellations

• 60+ days before: Full refund minus ₹2000 admin fee
• 30-59 days before: 50% refund
• 0-29 days before: No refund
• COVID-19: Flexible rescheduling policy applies

3. Health & Safety

• Insurance: Mandatory coverage for high-altitude trekking up to 6,000m
• Medical: Disclose pre-existing conditions; guides may remove unfit participants
• Altitude: Itinerary changes may occur for safety

Responsibilities

• Company: Provides guides, permits, and listed inclusions
• Client: Responsible for flights, visas, personal gear, and insurance
• Force Majeure: Not liable for natural disasters or political unrest

5. Changes

• Routes may be modified due to weather/conditions
• Price increases possible for significant cost changes
